Cancellation policy


Cancellations for tours and experiences due to COVID positivity
100% refund minus expenses (bank fees, tickets, etc.)

Cancellations for tours and experiences

Tours cancelled up to 5 days previous to the tour will be refunded: 100% refund.

Cancellations 4-2 days before the tour: 50% refund.

Cancellations 48 hours or less before the tour: 0% refund.


Cancellation for complex itineraries

A complex itinerary is defined by the joint purhcase of at least two different services on one or more locations, and/or tailor made itineraries or experiences. If you booked a complex itinerary, our cancellation policy is as follows.

Cancellations up to 1 month before the first day: 90% refund.

Cancellations 14-30 days before the first day: 60% refund.

Cancellations 8-13 days before the first day: 30% refund.

Cancellations made 1 week or less before the first day: 0% refund.


Additionally, airlines can charge a 100% cancellation fee.

All our tours are a guaranteed success! If you feel like your guide or any members of our staff hasn’t lived up to your expectations we will refund 100% of your tour or experience.*

*Does not apply in case of force majeure or external circumstances.
